Fee Notes & Policies
Nursery Fees: Termly basis, payable on the first day of term. Late payments incur £5 per day.
Invoices emailed at least one week before term, include fees in advance, other charges, and outstanding balances.
School may use deposit to settle any outstanding debts if parents leave without notice.
Nursery Declarations:
Parents must confirm desired learning sessions with Mrs. Lister before term starts.
Termly invoices reflect this declaration.
Priority: full-time children first, then first-come, first-served.
Hour increases subject to availability; billed monthly.
Consent form for funding code must be completed before term starts; otherwise full fees apply.
Withdrawal: Full term’s written notice required. Without notice, full term’s fees are payable. No refunds for disciplinary or voluntary withdrawals.
Additional Costs: Financial support may be available for families struggling to cover costs above free entitlement hours.
Consumables: Parents provide essential items (nappies, wipes, sun cream, etc.); list provided upon enrolment
